This website was built by victims of Bulldog Ravine who are committed to educating and informing puppy buyers of their rights by law and to warn potential buyers to investigate carefully before buying. Look on the Internet for complaints from former buyers. Look at the contract or guarantee. If it doesn't sound fair, if it protects the seller but not the buyer, look elsewhere. Don't be sucked in by pictures of cute puppies. Buying from a puppy importer who just buys and resells puppies could lead you to serious heartache and huge veterinary expenses -- and might even lead to your buying a puppy who dies within days of arrival.

Evan and Brenda Moncrieff have been selling bulldog puppies under different business names such as Bulldog Ravine and B&E English Bulldogs for years. Many of the puppies they have sold were sick, dying, had serious chronic health problems, and/or have no valid registration papers.  Once they sell a sick puppy, they misinform buyers that the only recourse they have is what is written in their "contract." That is in contradiction to the PA Puppy Lemon Law that governs their sales. Furthermore, their misconduct has led the American Kennel Club to suspend them for TEN YEARS.

Brenda and Evan don't tell you this, but most of the puppies they sell come from poor countries like Russia and Lithuania.  Why?  Because even with the costs of shipping, they can import puppies cheaper than they can breed them here.  Only months after buyers take home their puppy do they find out that the puppy(s) is not from Pennsylvania but imported.

When confronted by the fact that Bulldog Ravine's website does not tell buyers that their puppies are actually imported, Brenda Moncrieff told WBRE's News Report that it was clear because her website says "European Champion Sired."  That clearly does not advise the buyer that the puppies for sale were imported.

Evan and Brenda said on their website that they donated a portion made on each puppy to the Humane Society.  However, we contacted the Humane Society and learned that they did not have any records of Evan, Brenda, or Bulldog Ravine donating anything.

Brenda and Evan Moncrieff destroy families by selling diseased and defective puppies.  They appear to care not at all about the damage they are doing to puppies and buyers.
